Can you recognise me from this Photo ID? Can the police identify and arrest me based on this uncanny likeness?

If you reckon that couldn’t happen it’s obvious you aren’t in Bolivia. Bolivian police managed to track down a man wanted for murder from what was described as the world’s worst photo-fit.

When police found the body of Rafael Vargas in March, they appealed for help, and one neighbour drew a picture of what she believed the suspect looked like – though it has been said her drawing is a dead set ringer for the scarecrow from the Wizard of Oz.

And they identified the man!

Hope he has a mildly decent lawyer.
