Jupiter will blow you away
Bad weather is exhilarating when viewed from just far away enough to avoid danger to yourself.
Take Jupiter for example. Want some wind? The giant planet will blow you away.
Jupiter’s Great Red Spot is the Great Grandfather of all storms. Absolutely enormous! It’s a whopping 24,800 kilometres, 15,400 miles, across at its widest point. And it doesn’t go away and die. Our big storms on Earth can rage for a few days but Jupiter has had that storm for at least 300 years when we first looked at it through a telescope.
That’s why we send robots out to other planets. They don’t mind lousy weather.
